Our personal training program is very specific to our client's individual needs. The "FITT Training Program" is generally in 4 week blocks with workouts and daily challenges to highlight specific areas (core, balance, strength, etc.), and following up with a routine check of our clients food intake. Measurements and progress photos are taken every 6 weeks to insure client accountability and emphasize results. Regardless of your starting point, our mission is not only to get you to your health goal, but to provide the tools to help you maintain your new fitness level.
